At this time, products are only available as digital computer files. Product installation files can be downloaded and saved to your computer.
Can I get [printed] documentation for a product?
All product documentation is "electronic." Much of this material is available in "web-ready" file formats, such as HTML, PDF. These files can be used while you're online, downloaded and saved for offline use, or printed.
Why don't you supply printed documentation for software products?
The problem with printing manuals for computer software is three-fold:
- it is expensive to produce and this added cost gets passed on to the customer;
- with Automatic Update, software can receive new features on-the-fly and printed materials become out-dated quickly;
- using trees for this purpose is a waste of natural resources.
